any vault always slows my game down, i dunno what it is. in F3, the only times it would crash were when i was in a vault. i wonder why?

i always thought it was because i was using a laptop?  i always lag everywhere i go.  it’s just that in vaults it’s magnified tenfold

fallout 3 doesn’t work on my laptop because it’s a laptop (a silly reason but it’s the truth)
